Is Sarathi-AI the same as Saarathi.ai?

No. Sarathi-AI (sarathi-ai.com) is an independent insurance-advisor CRM built in Indore by Dushyant Sharma. It is not affiliated with Saarathi.ai (a digital lending marketplace) or with any other app or project with a similar name.

Who is Sarathi-AI built for?

Indian insurance advisors and small advisory firms — LIC agents, private insurer advisors, IRDAI-licensed brokers, mutual-fund distributors, and POSP agents. Especially helpful for solo and Tier-2/Tier-3 advisors who currently rely on Excel sheets, WhatsApp chats, and sticky notes.

Where is my client data stored?

All client data is hosted in India and travels over a secure HTTPS connection. Each advisor's tenant is isolated — no other advisor (or Sarathi-AI itself) can read your client records. We never sell your client data or use it to train AI models; it is shared only with the services that run your features, as the privacy notice lists. Sarathi-AI is built for the DPDP Act 2023 from day one.

What does Sarathi-AI cost?

Does Sarathi-AI work on WhatsApp?

Sarathi-AI runs in your web browser, on phone or computer: you add leads and follow-ups there by voice or text, in Hindi or English. Reports and quote comparisons are shared with clients from your own WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business app — one tap opens the chat with the message ready. Sending through the official WhatsApp Business Platform is coming, after Meta approves; a Telegram app is also coming.

Who built Sarathi-AI?

Sarathi-AI was founded in April 2026 by Dushyant Sharma in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Dushyant is a technology professional with deep experience in enterprise software, AI systems, and Indian financial services. He built Sarathi-AI after watching insurance advisors lose lakhs in commissions to forgotten renewals and lost lead notes.

Does Sarathi-AI use AI to read or share my client data?

No. Sarathi-AI uses Google Gemini purely on a per-request basis to draft pitches, summarise voice notes, and rank quotes. Your client data is never used to train any AI model and is never sold; it is shared only with the services that run your features, as the privacy notice lists.
